We sensitize our team to socio-political issues by drawing attention to current developments and events, highlighting their relevance and potential impact and encouraging an open exchange.
We implement targeted measures to promote democracy, including the co-founding of a foundation to combat disenchantment with democracy and the organization of a cycling tour for organizations that promote democracy.
We enable our employees to engage intensively with the topics of diversity, inclusion and democracy by participating in working groups and workshops as well as through information materials.
We bring decision-makers together, show them ways to get involved in social policy and create platforms for sharing knowledge.

We have set up working groups with a focus on internal training, creating spaces for exchange and anchoring our learning in everyday life. They offer our employees a platform on which they can participate in the development and implementation of measures to achieve our vision and thus become initiators of change themselves. Over 40 percent of our employees are already involved in these working groups.
