Challenges

  • ICEYE wanted to implement a new HRIS - a switch from the old system to Bob.
  • The consultant previously called in for this purpose was unable to solve the task to their satisfaction and within the expected time frame.
  • The result was frustration and considerable time pressure.

Solution

  • In a two-day workshop, we were able to determine the challenges of ICEYE and the scope of work.
  • We created a project plan and developed an MVP approach.
  • We revised the original schedule and divided it into two project phases in order to divide the plan for the simultaneous implementation of the Bob modules HR Core, Attendance, Compensation, Talent and Payroll into realizable sections.
  • In the second phase, we focused on talent and compensation to enable ICEYE to optimize its performance and talent assessment cycles.
  • We ensured a value-driven implementation of the system, focusing on the client's needs rather than working through a to-do list for the implementation.

Impact

  • After a pilot phase, we were able to ensure that Bob could go live. We have already fully implemented the HR Core and Attendance modules for the launch.
  • We have developed state-of-the-art processes without a long training period for the customer. At the same time, many loose ends could be brought together.
  • We have ensured a value-oriented induction.
