Project-based structuring
Projects are defined over a certain period of time and require different approaches. For example, it may be necessary to set up a new financial plan including cash flow to determine the liquidity range, to introduce budget and controlling mechanisms or to set up a suitable tool landscape for process digitalisation and automation.
Together we evaluate the problems of your company and find out in which areas the optimisation and automation possibilities lie. Then we implement the developed solutions directly on site.
If you have sufficient resources, we take on an advisory role and assist you with the optimisation. In doing so, we ensure a knowledge transfer to the existing team and thus provide help for self-help. Alternatively, we can also take over the complete project implementation.
Interim management
We support you with the staff and expertise you need to keep your company on track for growth. We offer everything from interim CFOs to financial controllers and accountants. We know the requirements and challenges for the finance department of start-ups.
Our team will help you with investor reporting, coordinate with you on budget management and help with pre-accounting of receipts. We can manage different internal and external stakeholders, such as investors, internal departments and tax advisors.
We are often the translator between you and your tax advisor. In this way, we can overcome tricky situations through mutual understanding and targeted communication. Alternatively, we can take care of your internal accounting directly.
When it comes to working capital, we help select and negotiate with external financing partners or support the CEO in upcoming financing rounds.
